1. When already collecting Social Security.

  • Your enrollment is automatic, and the card arrives in the mail.

2. When not collecting Social Security.

  • Our National Social Security Advisor can sign you up by appointment in the comfort of our office.
  • You can personally visit the local Social Security office.
  • You can enroll by calling Social Security at 1800-772-1213.
  • Sign up on line at SSA.gov

Part A Hospital Care

  • First 60 days of hospital stay Medicare pays all but $1,632
  • The first 20 days of skilled nursing facility care are covered 100%

Part B Medical Services

1. Coverage Gap begins when you and your drug plan spent $5,030.

  • Tiers 1 and 2 don’t count towards the deductible
  • Tiers 3,4,5 have higher co-pays depending on the plan.

2. Catastrophic coverage begins after you have spent $8,000.
